Cape Town - Is Juan Smith in line for a start in the Springbok No 7 jersey for Saturday's Rugby Championship Test against Argentina in Salta?
According to Wednesday's Beeld, the Bok backline is likely to remain unchanged from the one which started in last week's 13-6 win over Argentina in Pretoria.
However, there could be a change among the forwards, the newspaper reports.
The Springbok lineout did not function on all cylinders last weekend, with the withdrawal of Willem Alberts and the absence of Victor Matfield proving disruptive. Marcell Coetzee started in Alberts's place at No 7 last Saturday, but coach Heyneke Meyer could look elsewhere this week, with Smith in line for a possible fairytale return to Test rugby.
Smith has recovered from a niggling hamstring and his experience could give him the nod ahead of Oupa Mohoje.
Saturday's Test at the Padre Ernesto Martearena Stadium kicks off at 21:40 (SA time).
