Rugby galore for Cape fans

Cape Town - WP Rugby and Club  Newlands are proud to announce that Neo Africa has come on board as the title sponsor of an exciting new warm-up series to the Vodacom Super 14 tournament which starts on 12 February 2010.

The Neo Africa Tri-Series will take place at Newlands on 23, 26, 29 January and will see three of the Vodacom Super 14 rivals taking each other on in this exciting warm-up tournament: namely two local teams, the Vodacom Stormers and The Sharks and one of their Australian adversaries, The Force, from Perth. 

Cape fans will get a chance to see superstars Bryan Habana and Jacque Fourie running out for Vodacom Stormers for the first time.  They will also be able to welcome the Springbok captain and Sharks member, John Smit, to the Cape, and the Force’s  38 man squad.

Commenting on their sponsorship of the new series, Neo Africa’s CEO, Vivien Natasen, said: “As leaders in innovation in IT and consulting, we are very excited to be bringing the Cape public a new series of wonderful action-packed Super Rugby.”

The Neo Africa Tri-Series fixtures are as follows:

23 Jan: 17:00 Vodacom Stormers vs Force
26 Jan: 19:00 The Sharks vs Force
29 Jan: 19:00 Vodacom Stormers vs The Sharks
