Belfast - Ulster's latest high-profile South African signing, Ruan Pienaar, has finally touched down in Belfast.
According to the Planet Rugby website, Pienaar, who will link up with compatriots Johann Muller, Pedrie Wannenburg and BJ Botha at Ravenhill, was part of the Springbok squad that took part in the recently concluded Tri-Nations.
Unfortunately for Ulster fans, they won't see him in action any time soon as he is still recovering from a shoulder injury which he picked up while on duty with the Boks.
He is set to be assessed by the medical staff over the next few days as he continues to recovery.
The 26-year-old, though, will make the trip to Ravenhill on Friday to catch a glimpse of his new team-mates in action against Edinburgh.
Ulster are in second position in the Magners League standings after two matches. They trail Munster by a single point.
