Paris - Perpignan will be without Samoan No 8 Henry Tuilagi for at least a month with a "serious thigh-muscle tear," according to the French Top 14 side's director general Sylvain Deroeux.
Tuilagi suffered the injury in last Friday's 38-13 win against Bordeaux, and had to be replaced by Romanian Ovidiu Tonita in the 43rd minute.
He joins a growing injury list at Perpignan, with fullback Jerome Porical, centre Jean-Philippe Grandclaude, hooker Charles Geli and lock Guillaume Vilaceca also on the sidelines.
Perpignan lie ninth in the Top 14 standings ahead of Saturday's trip to Castres.
