Cape Town - Former Springbok wing Breyton Paulse presented John Smit's team with their match jerseys for the Test against France at Newlands in Cape Town on Saturday.
Paulse, who scored 26 tries in his 64 Tests from 1999 until 2007, said it was a great honour to present the jerseys.
“Nothing I can say will motivate you,” he said. “There are enough people doing that. But I want to want to leave you with a question.
“Are you going to be a Springbok who leaves a legacy or just an ordinary Springbok?
“There are guys here like John, Victor, Bryan and Schalk who are legends and who people will talk about forever. Each of you must strive for that.
“Enjoy the moments and enjoy each other and being part of the Springbok family.
“Go out and do what you do best. Make South Africa proud and make the Springbok jersey proud.
“Good luck,” Paulse said.
