Nose job for Tindall?

London - Rugby star Mike Tindall has been ordered by his future mother-in-law, Princess Anne, to have his nose straightened before he marries Zara Phillips in July.

According to the Wedding News website, the Queen’s daughter is reportedly concerned about how the all-important wedding photographs will look if the England international does nothing to remedy his wonky nose.

The rugby player has broken his nose eight times over the course of his 12-year career as a professional sportsman. Tindall is said to have undergone surgery in the past to straighten the conk in his nose, but is reportedly not very keen to repeat the procedure after the last op didn’t end well.

It seems equestrian sportswoman Zara is unconcerned about her husband-to-be’s profile and was happy to pose for photographs alongside her fiancé as they announced their engagement outside of the home they share in Gloucestershire earlier this year.

According to reports, the pair are hoping to tie the knot in Edinburgh this July, weeks after the other royal wedding of the year between Prince William and Kate Middleton which is due to take place in London on April 29.

The stand-in England captain’s nose hasn’t gone unnoticed by sports fans and his team-mates who have a special nickname for his wonky conk, and the misshapen hooter even has its own Facebook page under the name “Mike Tindall’s Nose” which has attracted 249 friends.

However it seems Princess Anne is definitely not a fan of 32-year-old Tindell’s famous nose, and it hoping he’ll have it straightened in time of the July nuptials.
