Moore back in Australia pack

London - The return of hooker Stephen Moore was the only change as Australia named their team here Thursday to face England in a one-off international this weekend.

Brumbies front-rower Moore comes back to the starting line-up in place of Saia Faingaa as Australia prepare for a ferocious scrummaging contest against their old northern hemisphere rivals at Twickenham.

Elsewhere Wallabies coach Robbie Deans has kept faith with the side which defeated Wales 25-16 in Cardiff last weekend.

Deans said Moore's return would give Australia vital set piece experience as they go up against an English pack which just shaded their scrum contest against the All Blacks last weekend.

Moore was man of the match when Australia's scrum dominated England at Twickenham in 2008 and was also a member of the Wallabies side which won the corresponding fixture last year.

"Steve's a 50-Test plus player, so he brings with him a wealth of experience," Deans said. "He's played at Twickenham on a number of occasions including last year."

Moore is one of 10 players in the Australian starting line-up which won 18-9 last year. "That experience is invaluable," Deans said.

"Twickenham's a great venue to play. It's the bastion of English rugby and they love to get behind their team and use the facility to their advantage. So the more guys that have played there the better."

Moore said the Wallabies pack were bracing for a bruising encounter with England, who dominated an under-strength Australian eight over two Tests in Perth and Sydney earlier this year.

"They're a quality front row -- they've shown that last weekend. We've got a huge amount of respect for them," Moore said.

Australia (15-1):

Kurtley Beale; James O'Connor, Adam Ashley-Cooper, Matt Giteau, Drew Mitchell; Quade Cooper, Will Genia; Ben McCalman, David Pocock, Rocky Elsom; Nathan Sharpe, Mark Chisholm; Ben Alexander, Stephen Moore, Benn Robinson

Replacements: Berrick Barnes, James Slipper, Dean Mumm, Luke Burgess, Richard Brown, Lachie Turner, Huia Edmonds
