Kings snap up Strauss

Cape Town - Super Rugby's newcomers for 2013 the Southern Kings have reportedly signed Cheetahs centre Andries Strauss.

According to reports the Pretoria born former Sharks player has agreed to join the Kings for next season.

The Southern Kings have also signed Steven Sykes from the Sharks.

Strauss joined the Cheetahs in 2011 from the Sharks and went on to be named captain and vice-captain.
