Dublin - Toulouse scrumhalf Byron Kelleher has been cleared of stamping in his club's victory over Bath last weekend and will be available to play Glasgow in round two of the European Cup on Friday.

The European Rugby Cup disciplinary commission determined that the former All Black was not guilty of foul play in an incident involving Bath flyhalf Butch James during Toulouse's injury-time 18-16 home win.

The commission also cleared Gloucester back Rudi Keil, accused of an "alleged striking/dangerous tackle" on Benoit Babyan of Clermont.

Not so lucky, however, was Sale lock Kris Ormsby, who received a one-week ban for a "dangerous charge" on Clermont's Julien Pierre in the same game.

Kelleher's old All Black nemesis, Justin Marshall, was also cleared of a dangerous tackle in Montpellier's game against Bristol last weekend in the second-tier European Challenge Cup.
