Cape Town - Griquas coach Peter Engledow has named his team for Friday’s Currie Cup clash against Western Province in Kimberley.
Engledow has made six changes, two of those positional, from the team that went down 57-20 to the Blue Bulls in Pretoria last weekend.
Former Springbok loose Hilton Lobberts is included at lock, joining Wandile Putuma in the second row as Mzwanele Zito drops out of the squad.
Zito’s lock partner against the Blue Bulls, Jonathan van Rensburg, moves to No 8 in place of Jason Fraser, who drops down to the bench.
Veteran prop Steph Roberts also starts in place of Liam Hendricks.
Amongst the backs, JW Jonker starts at right wing, with Ederies Arendse moving to left wing in place of Alshaun Bock, who has a hamstring niggle.
Friday’s clash at Griqua Park is scheduled for 19:00.
