Lions change two for Cheetahs catfight

Cape Town - Golden Lions coach Johan Ackermann has named his team for Thursday night’s Currie Cup clash against the Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein (19:00 kick-off).

Ackermann has made two changes to the team that thumped Western Province 58-32 in Johannesburg last weekend.

Andries Ferreira replaces the injured Lourens Erasmus at lock and Cyle Brink comes in for Ruan Ackermann who drops down to the bench in a rotational move.

Martin Muller joins the bench as back-up lock and Pieter Scholtz as replacement prop.
