Griquas sweat over Rose, Vogt

Johannesburg - Griquas have named a 24-man squad, while they wait on the fitness of two key players, for their Currie Cup game against Western Province in Kimberley on Saturday.

Team management said in a statement on Wednesday they would name their match-22 later in the week while they waited for results of fitness tests.

Flyhalf Earl Rose was recovering from a shoulder injury and fullback Rudi Vogt had hurt his hand.

Griquas squad:

Forwards: Ivann Espag, Steph Roberts, Lourens Adriaanse, Ryno Barnes, Simon Westraadt, Hendrik Roodt, Frikkie Spies, Martin Muller, Justin Downey, Davon Raubenheimer, Jonathan Mokuena, Marnus Schoeman, Leon Karemaker.

Backs: Sarel Pretorius, Marnus Hugo, Riaan Viljoen, Earl Rose, Hanno Coetzee, Matthew Rosslee, Jean Stemmet, Wilmaure Louw, Dusty Noble, Rocco Jansen, Rudi Vogt.
