Blue Bulls hammer Cheetahs

Cape Town - The Blue Bulls on Saturday recorded a comprehensive Currie Cup victory over the Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.

The men from Pretoria ran in six tries to win 57-19, after leading 27-7 at half-time.

Discarded Springbok scrumhalf Francois Hougaard was named man-of-the-match after scoring a brace of tries.

In next weekend's action, the Bulls host Griquas in Pretoria, while the Cheetahs travel down to Cape Town to tackle defending champions Western Province.
