Cape Town - Golden Lions coach Johann Ackermann says the pressure will be on Western Province when his side tackle the Capetonians at Newlands this Saturday.
Both teams are unbeaten this season after notching impressive victories over the Blue Bulls and the EP Kings.
But the Lions coach feels the home side will be under more pressure this weekend.
"In a competition like this it's important to win your home games. Therefore, the pressure will rather be on WP than us this time round," Ackermann told Beeld.
Ackermann said he expects a tough battle between the competition's two log-leaders.
"I have a lot of respect for WP. Not only are they well on track, but are also playing with a lot of confidence. They also have a lot of their (injured) Super Rugby players back. It will definitely be a tough hurdle and I can't think of a greater challenge."
Kick-off for Saturday's clash at Newlands is scheduled for 17:05.
