Cape Town 10s rugby entries sold out

Cape Town - Rugby entries for the takealot.com Cape Town 10s have sold out in record time.

There are still however entries available for the newly introduced beach volleyball; social and competitive volleyball players are encouraged to sign-up to be part of the biggest sport and lifestyle event of the year!  Netball entries are also flying, with two of the three divisions already sold-out.

If you missed out on signing up your rugby team, you may still have an opportunity to gain an entry.

The takealot.com Cape Town 10s team is working hard to find more fields. Sign up and add your details to the rugby waiting list here http://capetowntens.com/enter-here/

Spectators will also have to act fast to avoid missing out on the biggest sporting event in the Mother City, as last year’s event was sold out. A limited amount of early bird weekend passes have been released for purchase on the 10s website for only R160, a deal that you won’t want to miss out on.

The upcoming event will include a killer music line-up, a cool new event layout, exciting activations from headline sponsor takealot.com, and Africa’s largest beer tent! You can expect live performances from GoodLuck, Just Jinjer, Kurt Darren, Rockerfellas, Hotwater, The Kiffness, Me & Mr Brown, DJ Sox and crowd favourite, The Rivertones.

Visitors can look forward to sporting action from 100 rugby teams, 40 netball teams and 32 social beach volleyball games as well as some Flying Fish Pro Series beach volleyball matches. Apart from the sports action, there will be more on offer for the whole family including a kids and family entertainment area, and a great food and drink offering from Food Lover’s Market.
