The playing line-up is once again amazing, with teams from all over the world and South Africa set to descend upon the Mother City in full force.

And this year the event is part of the official 2010 Soccer World Cup preparations given the Tens SA Legends vs an International Legends team curtain raiser to the Stormers vs Boland game that will take place at the remarkable new Cape Town Stadium in front of a expected 40 000 spectators.

A basic look at the weekend’s structure:

Due to the fact that the event at the new stadium is a test event for the 2010 Soccer World Cup, there are security and other logistical issues that need to be adhered to. Part of this process is ticketing. Therefore, please note the following:

All players and officials will receive a complimentary prime seat to the Stormers match. The public, though, have to buy tickets in advance if they want to attend the game at the new stadium and the Cape Town Tens on the Saturday.

Weekend package tickets can be bought from Computicket. R120 which gets you access to the Cape Town Tens for both Saturday and Sunday, as well as the Stormers game and, most importantly, the Beer Festival on the Saturday evening!
