Boshoff gets BaaBaas call-up

Cape Town - Lions flyhalf Marnitz Boshoff is the latest South African addition to the Barbarians squad to face Australia at Twickenham on November 1.

Other South Africans already included in the squad are Matt Stevens, CJ Van der Linde, Coenie Oosthuizen, Heinrich Brussow, Thomas du Toit, Jacques Botes and Michael Rhodes.

Apart from Boshoff, coach John Kirwan announced a host of new recruits earlier this week.

Among them were World Cup-winning All Black flank Adam Thompson and Blues duo Francis Saili and Frank Halai.

Also added were uncapped New Zealanders Tim Nanai-Williams and Patrick Osborne, as well as the Highanders' Japanese international scrumhalf Fumiaki Tanaka.
