Port Elizabeth - Two of Eastern Province’s leading players, captain and centre De Wet Barry and flank Jacques Potgieter, will join two different Super 14 franchises for the next year’s season.
According to the Weekend Post, Barry has been snapped up by the Bulls, while the promising young Potgieter will be joining the Stormers.
However, EP’s chief executive Anele Pamba was quick to point out that both players will return to Port Elizabeth at the conclusion of the tournament.
