Vienna - Former Springbok and Toulon players Bakkies Botha and Danie Rossouw have tried their hand at a new trade: as lumberjacks.
The pair were in Austria this week to try their hands at wood-chopping as part of their endorsement agreement with the BLASER brand, a firearms manufacturer.
The pair seemed happy to get busy cutting timber, however they stopped short of wearing Lederhosen, the knee length breeches that are a national traditional form of dress in Austria and Germany.
Bakkies Botha included this pictures in Austria along with the following message:
"Time to cut some timber in Austria. Doing extras. BLESSINGS. pic.twitter.com/YhGFQVClXc"
"What an amazing weekend in Germany and Austria with BLASER. BLESSINGS. pic.twitter.com/Gva7zpvwuG"
