Bakkies misses 'boer' life

Toulon - Springbok and Toulon lock Bakkies Botha has admitted to feeling a bit homesick and missing life on the farm.

Botha has lived in France for the past two years and has played in the Heineken Cup and the Top 14, the French domestic league, since he left the Blue Bulls in 2011.

But home is still where the heart is for the big man, who tweeted this picture of a tractor in the colour blue, which also happens to be the colour of his favourite South African team...

Was Botha hinting at a move back to Loftus in the near future?

Botha tweeted the picture along with the following message:

"Dis waar my hart le. Op die plaas met die reuk van nat rooi grond in die lug. Dankie vir die waarheid. Blessings. pic.twitter.com/FYiGtFdSp2"
