Johannesburg - Toulon second-row Bakkies Botha will face no further sanction after being cited for a shoulder charge last month.

According to the supersport.com website, the former Springbok lock was called before an LNR disciplinary committee after taking out Montpellier wing Yoan Audrin without the ball during Toulon's 51-6 victory over Montpellier at Stade Felix Mayol.

Botha was found not guilty of an infringement worthy of a suspension and is thus available to face Biarritz in the Top 14 this weekend.
