1. PROTEAS ROCKET UP ICC TEST RANKINGS

After the Proteas' annihilation of Bangladesh in the two-match Test series, Faf du Plessis and his men have made significant gains on the ICC Test player rankings.

Proteas fast bowler Kagiso Rabada has vaulted up the ICC bowler rankings after his man-of-the-match performance against the Tigers in Bloemfontein.

2. PSL CHARGES DUO FOR SPAT

The Premier Soccer League (PSL) have charged two players over an incident in the clash between AmaZulu and Bidvest Wits.

The two footballers must now answer to the Disciplinary Committee hearing for their actions.

3. T20 GL MAKES CSA LOOK "EXTREMELY WEAK"

On Tuesday, Cricket South Africa (CSA) confirmed that the T20 Global League, which was due to get underway this November, has been postponed until next year.

This left CSA red-faced with embarrassment over the much-hyped about inaugural tournament.

Sport24's Lloyd Burnard says that whichever way you look at it, the postponement of the first ever T20 Global League is a calamitous stuff-up.
