Asenathi Jim and Sibu Sizatu had the best possible build-up to this week's 470 World Championships in Greece.

They claimed a podium place finish in the Alexander the Great Cup.

2. 'NO BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRITISH LIONS AND KINGS'

That's the words from Southern Kings coach Deon Davids.

Davids says he used the example of the Irish & British Lions and what they had achieved to motivate his players ahead of their clash against the Bulls.

And it worked!

The Kings went on to secure 31-30 win over the Bulls at Loftus - and possibly upset some on Superbru!

3. PHILANDER BACK TO HIS BEST?

4. READ SHOULD'VE BEEN PENALISED

The rugby match everybody was talking about!

Former referee Jonathan Kaplan has weighed in on Romain Poite's controversial decision in Saturday's 15-15 draw between the All Blacks and the British and Irish Lions in Auckland.

Kaplan reckons that All Black captain Kieran Read should have been penalised for his challenge in the air on Liam Williams.
