Froome posts pic of rest day breakfast

Cape Town - Current Tour de France yellow jersey wearer, Chris Froome, has posted a picture of his rest day breakfast on Twitter.

Team Sky's two-time race winner took to social media on Tuesday to post a picture of his salmon, avocado and eggs.

Froome currently enjoys a 1:47 lead over Bauke Mollema with five stages of this year's race remaining.

While the riders are enjoying a day off today, the battle for the race win will recommence with three more mountain stages and an individual time trial, before the riders call a truce on Sunday's final stage into Paris.
