Sports Quiz heads to JHB

Cape Town - After hosting the hugely-successful inaugural Ladbrokes.co.za Sports Quiz in Cape Town recently, event organisers Prosport International are now bringing the quiz to the next stop on the calendar: Johannesburg on Thursday, August 2.

MC’d by quick-witted sports guru Dan Nicholl, the Ladbrokes.co.za Sports Quiz, in association with online media partners Sport24, tests participants’ sporting knowledge with questions from the obscure – to the impossible! There are some fantastic prizes on offer and the price of admission includes dinner and a couple of Castle Lagers to ensure that teams stay at the top of their game.

Prosport International’s David Brooke is excited about bringing the quiz to the JHB market. “The first leg in Cape Town was an absolute sell-out, indicating that people are craving something really fun to do during the week and the opportunity to test their sporting knowledge while having some great banter with mates, resulted in a fantastic evening. So we’re now bringing the quiz to Johannesburg, and what better venue to host it at than Montecasino? The prizes are going to be unbelievable and MC Dan Nicholl runs a rowdy ship, so it’s all set to be a fantastic night,” he says.
