Le Clos, Van der Burgh win double gold in Paris

Cape Town - Cameron van der Burgh and Chad le Clos are both back to winning ways a little more than two weeks after competing at the Rio 2016 Olympics.

The South African duo, who both won silver in Rio, bagged two golds each on Friday on the first day of the Paris leg of the FINA World Cup.

Van der Burgh won his 50m breaststroke final in 25.98 and then doubled up with gold in the 200m breaststroke in 2:05.12, while Le Clos was the comfortable winner in the 200m butterfly in a time of 1:51.25 before winning the 50m butterfly in 22.17.

Van der Burgh had won silver in Rio in the 100m breaststroke while Le Clos finished second in both the 200m freestyle and 100m butterfly.
