Cape Town - South Africans Ilse Hayes and Johanna Pretorius both reached the final of the women's 100m T13 at the London Paralympics on Wednesday.

Pretorius, 19, running in Heat 1, set a season's best time when she finished third in 13.11.

Hayes, 27, drawn in Heat 2, crossed the line in 12.63, which was good enough for second place - and the joint-second fastest overall time heading into Thursday evening's final.

Cuba's Omara Durand recorded the fastest time in qualifying of 12.10.
