Rio de Janeiro - As the synchronised diving continued at the Rio Olympics on Tuesday, there was mystery surrounding the colour of the pool.
On Monday, the water was clear and the pool was the blue that is always seen at these world class events.
But something clearly happened overnight, because by Tuesday the pool had turned the shade of green you would expect to see when coming home from a long holiday only to find that you forgot to turn the 'Kreepy Krauly' on.
The IOC said they would be releasing an official statement soon.
