London -  British police say a murder inquiry has been launched after a man was fatally stabbed at the home of former world champion boxer Herbie Hide.

Norfolk Police say they were called to the property near Norwich in eastern England after a "man in his 20s had been stabbed."

Police say the incident occurred at a private party at Hide's house attended by more than 100 people.

The statement says Hide and his family "have relocated as police carry out investigations at the scene."

Police are yet to confirm the victim's identity.
