J&B Met date, theme confirmed

Cape Town - South Africa's most celebrated outdoor social event, the J&B Met takes place at the Kenilworth Racecourse on Saturday, February 2.

Cape Town is transformed into a party zone for the fun-loving and fashion conscious descend on the Mother City for a weekend to remember.

The J&B Met is an event like no other. Following the theme, Made to Fly, expect ground breaking fashion and bold attitudes by icons styled for success. J&B and its convention-challenging attitude, celebrates all those who find a way to defy gravity and fly.

Regarded as South Africa’s most prestigious horse race and Cape Town’s premier social event, the J&B Met celebrates its 36th anniversary as the country’s longest standing sports sponsorship.

The event showcases the country's 16 top racehorses who compete for a stake of R2.5 million over 2 000m.

Tickets for the J&B Met cost R185 and are available through iTickets.co.za.
