Cape Town - South Africa's former heavyweight boxing champion Francois Botha is not considering retirement just yet.

Botha, 44, looked set to call time on his career after he was badly beaten by New Zealand heavyweight prodigy Joseph Parker last month.

But according to the SowetanLIVE website, the ageing star has made an about-turn on his decision to possibly retire.

"I just had two big offers. What do I say - money talks and bullsh*t walks," said the former IBF and WBF champion, without mentioning who his possible opponents could be.

"Those offers were too good to be turned down. One fight will be in Las Vegas, while the other will be in Africa.

"Later on, probably in February, me and Evander Holyfield will be involved in exhibition bouts in Tanzania in a fight against malaria. The aim is to give back to the communities," added Botha.

"I will actually be in Tanzania for a boxing tournament next month, where I will do a live commentary on their national television, So, ja (sic), the White Buffalo will still do what he has been doing for the past 23 years," said Botha.

Botha has fought 62 times in his professional career, winning 48, losing 10 with three draws.
