Cape Town - Despite Wayde van Niekerk's gold medal - and world record run - in the 400m in Rio, there's only one person on everyone's lips...
Van Niekerk stunned the athletics world with his blistering 43.03 time in breaking Michael Johnson's 17-year-old record, but it's his 74-year-old coach, Ans Botha, who has stolen the limelight.
Botha has been coaching the Van Niekerk since October 2012 and has been credited widely as playing a large role in helping South Africa win their first gold medal in Rio.
