Cape Town - Hungarian Laszlo Cseh finished with the fastest overall time in the heats for the men's 200m butterfly at the FINA World Championship in Budapest on Tuesday.
Cseh, who swam in lane 4 in the fifth heat alongside South Africa's Chad le Clos, touched the wall in a time of 1:54.08.
Le Clos led after the first 150m, but slipped over the final 50m stretch and eventually finished third in a time of 1:55.90.
That time saw the South African star qualify fifth fastest overall heading into Tuesday evening's semi-finals.
