Sagan wins sixth stage of Swiss Tour

Lausanne - Slovakia's Peter Sagan won the sixth stage of the Tour of Switzerland on Thursday as French rider Thibaut Pinot kept hold of the overall race lead.

Tinkoff rider Sagan finished in front of Belgium's Jurgen Roelandts and Norway's Alexander Kristoff in the sprint for the line at the end of the 193.1km ride from Wil to Bienne to claim his 11th stage win in the race.
