A 7h05min mountain bike race on Saturday had Cape Town Big5 Challenge participant Dean Gurney cursing ... It also sees him languishing at position 85 on the Big5 leaderboard. Tuesday 5 July - 15km Featherbed Trail Run
Thursday 7 July - Full XTERRA duathlon
Saturday 9 July - 21km Forest Half Marathon

Sunday 3 July - The 100km Road Race

Sunday 10 July - The Lagoon Challenge
