A beer with Paul Ingpen

As a multiple Comrades, Two Oceans, Clanwilliam triathlon, Argus Cycle Tour and and Iron man finisher, Paul Ingpen is basically the poster boy for the Knysna Big5 Challenge. Without doubt one of the fittest men in the country, Paul is a dedicated family man, but still more than happy to mix it with the beery beardlies and the trendy set pulling the fancy moves at the local hotspot.
