Cape Town - There’s been no shortage of drama when Chelsea and Barceona have met in European competition.

From Fernando Torres booking Chelsea’s place in the 2012 final to Swedish referee Anders Frisk’s decision to send Didier Drogba off at the Camp Nou in 2005.

Top of that list, however, is the 2009 meeting at Stamford Bridge which ended with Drogba having to be restrained by security at the final whistle.

The Ivorian was outraged after seeing numerous penalty appeals turned away by yet another Scandinavian ref before the Blues were sent crashing out by a late Barcelona strike.
