The inclusion of Jaco Taute ahead of de Jongh must be qestioned.The coach has denied him from getting any gametime whatso ever. Currie cup is almost over and yet the coach wont release him knowing that he will not use him because of his size.He posses all the skill,flair a centre needs and can tackle.
Jaco deserves higher honours but should go to the bench while Juan start with his old centre partner so that deVilliers can move to his position at 12.Frans Steyn is a goeed rugby player but not a great center.H find himself in that position because of his size.I would consider him at fullback.
It wont help to start with a real playmaker and running flyhalf in Goosen if you have an inside centre who his big and run like a forward with ball under arm to run over players instead of creating opportunities for outside players.
So Meyer, if you cant see the value of a centre who more than most can straighten and step to brake the line whether "under size " or not, we can.He can strenghten WP .WP needs him on the field then on the bench if he gets so far.
