SARU structure is flawed

I think Nick is the best coach SA ever had. Probably still is. I agree with most of his comments except that I think we must also manage the player obligations better as some take advantage of systems ala the 1995 RWC contracts. That should never happen again. SARU is administrative heavy and I think their structure is inherently flawed. The assets are the players and the administrators should be professional enough to recognise this. The smaller unions have no more function bar a feeder obligations in the professional era.
