Quotas are racist!

It might be a crude statement, but sport is like war. As long as you can trust that the guy next to you will do his job, you don't give a rat's ass about his skin color is. Selecting someone just because of his skin color is exactly the policy you are trying to avoid.

This mentality is exactly the reason why SA is such a mess. People are voting ANC because the so called "leaders" are black... not because the can do a good job, their policies are good, their morals are good and they stand for what is right.... no, he is black, he is ANC, so I must vote for him.
