Parnell hasn't lived up to expectations

I can't say, it's a loss at all. Parnell, like Morne Morkel was billed as SA's next big star. He had big opportunity to announce himself in international stage when he was signed in IPL but he opted to consume drugs instead. Both have failed to live to that billing. Parnell bowls without any plan. He just runs and releases cricket ball and hopes for the best. His reputed batting has also failed to materialize. Selectors have been very patient with him.
