Mbalula is electioneering

Electioneering which is adding fuel to the fire!! If I’m only allowed 40% of anything in this country – I only want to pay 40% of my taxes !!!! And PLEASE do come and jail everyone not paying their etolls – then we’ll see where you get you money from !! I can’t earn an income in jail, so no taxes, no paying etoll, no paying for fuel and all your hidden taxes.
