Reference to Clive September’s article “Tsotsobe is a scapegoat”.
September is talking absolute rubbish!
Why does he have to crawl into the ‘hole’ of racism just because he disagrees with what other people have written? Typical!
The comments expressed by some writers were based purely on form and fitness. Or rather the lack of both, as far as Tsotsobe is concerned.
He may have been ranked #2 bowler in the world of T20 cricket, but that was in the 2011/12 season. Perhaps he thought that he could rest on his laurels as a result of that and not train?
He is clearly unfit and FAT!
He certainly did not look like the #2 bowler in T20 cricket in the world when he played against Sri Lanka recently. He was very often expensive. So were some of the others, you might say. But we are discussing the #2 bowler here and not the rest of the bowlers whom I thought were very mediocre to poor.
Tsotsobe very often missed fielded, a number of balls going right through his legs to the boundary because he was too fat to get down to field the ball, and he dropped some “sitters”. Some of which he did not have to move to catch.
In fact, he was diabolical in the field!
How September can say that Faf is not a limited over’s cricketer is such nonsense. Did he not just beat the #1 T20 cricket playing country, 2-1?
