Lions to go down fighting

The MTN Lions are sending a strong message to the public, showing that they are ready to maul the Southern Kings with their release of a 2-minute Super Rugby Playoffs commercial {TO BE RELEASED AT 4PM OFFICIALLY}

The Lions spent most of this year taking part in the Lions Challenge, which saw them taking on Samoa, Mont de Marsan and the Russian National squad. The Johannesburg-based team also participated in the Vodacom Cup, which they won in May.

With only one game lost in 2013, it seems that the Lions recovered from their relegation scare last year and are ready to get back into Super Rugby when they take on the Southern Kings in a two-part playoff series at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on 26 July 2013 and 3 August 2013 at Ellis Park.
