Kings over Lions

I wish people would start thinking for a change! For starters, Lions has historically been a rich province and how long have they had an opportunity to preform in the Super Rugby competition and they have consistently failed. Because of their wealth, they have been able to keep afloat. And then they do good in the currie cup... only because all the other provinces don't have their main players in and are playing B-teams.  And what about the corruption and poor coaching that has been happening at the lions.  This is actually more than enough reason to give the the boot.

Now everyone saying that the kings have not preformed... The fact is now that they are confirmed for a Super rugby they can get investments to start building their team. But this is also not going to happen overnight.  That is why watson is upset about not getting confirmation over a longer period. And all provinces buy players from different provinces and so what if they buy half the lions. Hopefully they can be treated better and play better.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
