Its about passion, not colour

Visit a school in India or the West Indies - the kids are playing cricket with homemade bats. Visit the Afrikaans areas of the Free State and the kids are playing rugby in the veld. Visit any township in the country and the kids are playing soccer. Certain sports appeal to certain cultural groups - and without passion amongst the kids for a sport you will never have true stars developing. Passion isn't gained by throwing money at the kids - it's gained by them watching their hero's with their parents and playing the game at grass-roots level and understanding the emotion of the sport.
