This is the most ridiculous decision taken in cricket. Is this rule even in the book of cricket rules?

To the best of my knowledge, a decision as ludicrous as this has not been made before? As well as the team losing their match fee!

If this decision was taken by the ICC, then it is time for these morons to pack up and be put out to pasture.

As I recall, every cricket team is responsible for slow over rates in all formats of the game.  And such a decision has never been made before. It is too late now to set such a ridiculous precedent. What are these idiots trying to prove now?

It is decisions like this one, and previous decisions made or not made by the ICC, that prompts a decision to be taken to make a complete change in the ICC.
