I agree he 'milked it', but at the same time if he doesn't then
1. He doesn't get the penalty (which it was).
2. He doesn't get to the ball because of the infringement.
The problem we face too often in rugby is that 'off the ball' incidents aren't picket up by the ref (see Deysel being held & stomp).
The only way to make sure this doesn't continue to happen is:
1. Ref's punish guys who dive.
2. Ref's do their job catching off the ball incidents.
