Give refs the red card

I personally would implement a cad system for Ref's. It can be awarded after the game like the off field yellow and red cards to the players. 2 yellows equals a red and once you have a red you will not be allowed to officiate for the next 2 games allocated to you. 2 reds and you're out for the season. That will sort things out because currently the officials think they are above reproach. Send the right message and everyone would play by the rules.
