Multiple Tour de France “winner” Lance Armstrong has just come out and said that he feels he’s been treated unfairly and targeted by the doping authorities.
This is a guy who lied for years about his drug usage, took people to court for writing stories about his misdeeds and then stood by silently when his competitors were found out. On the other side many of his former team-mates have received lesser bans for speaking out about the wrong-doing.
Then there’s also his Livestrong campaign which has done tremendous work for cancer sufferers.
Does Armstrong have a right to cry foul or should he just accept responsibility for his actions which have permanently ruined the image of cycling?
